Adnexus is currently a privately held Delaware corporation. In 2003, Atlas Venture, Flagship Ventures, and Polaris Venture Partners founded Adnexus. Venrock led our Series B private equity round in 2006, and HBM BioVentures led our most recent round in 2007.
